Mission Statement
The Travel and Tourism Research Association is a professional organization comprised of providers and users of travel and tourism research, and serves as a primary resource to the travel and tourism industry. As the global leader, TTRA advocates standards and promotes the application of quality travel and tourism research and marketing information.
What
is the TTRA South Central States Chapter?
TTRASC
is a regional network of travel and tourism research and marketing
professionals from a wide variety of
backgrounds. These
include executives and officials from State Tourism Offices, Convention
and Visitor Bureaus, private research companies, and academic researchers in
travel and tourism. TTRASC
also welcomes members who are users of research including hoteliers, tour
and travel operators, meeting planners, destination managers and others in
the tourism and hospitality industry. (Categories are listed on the membership application form).
Members are joined together in a nonprofit venture, learn from one
another and develop systems that help them grow professionally.
